Tze Qing (7 months old)

it's been a while for me to blogging, suddenly the wind come, so just take a short time to update my blog

the focus tis time .... my princess, tze qing

wonder how is she look similar to her gor gor, but for me, they are both my precious of cos haha
she loves laughing as her gor gor, only the main different is .... tis girl is a bit hard to serve lo (susah nak layan), many requests, can't be bullied and a lot more hahahaha, just can't list out everything

she was admitted to hospital when she was around 5 months old, suspected to have "kawasaki" but luckily not, it is a disease common to kids below 9 years old especially with yellow skin (chinese i mean), a disease which attack the heart, but anyhow thank god for taking care her so well (of cos mommy played a very important role)

she is now growing well, starts to eat soft solid food (baby food), she loves the new food, i think she is growing in the size of her gor gor soon hahahaha

Four Thousand Golds ... 四千金

Thank god, suddenly can pick up 20 minutes for this blog

After consideration, I think the next group of students that I should talk about is .... xing sisters
Why I called them as four thousand golds? it's actually a name that I created to identify them when I talk with my wife hahahaha .... don't think they will mind lo

From left to right ... ningxin, tianxin, peiixin & yuanxin
I can't tell you guys who is the eldest & who is the youngest .... cos the arrangement doesn't really show the real ... hahahaha cos the heights of each sister are totally not in properly order hehehe
What is so special for these four youg girls until I think to write about them? Their talent & their loves to parents ...
these girls have a lot of different talents, eg singing, dancing, pianoing & lots more, even can speak korean which I thought that is indian hehehehe
Their talents ... I have no argue about that, cos I also wish my kids could be as talent as them, so how about their loves to parents? They are the one I respect the most just because of their loves to parents, they would do anything to care their parents, make their parents happy, independent (when booking flight tickets) & a lots more ... no doubt, cos their mommy is a very good mommy, a mommy who can fetch all these 4 girls go to different school in different session, scold each of them when any of them do something "stupid" hahaha ... if you ask me to nominate a good mommy, i guarantee nominate her one
What hope do I put on them? simple .... study properly, go do whatever you girls wish to do, you all are born with lots of talent, don't waste it, and .... keeps your parents happy always as you girls doing right now!
A bit touching when writting this blog, maybe as a daddy, I also wish my kids could treat me like this in the future, it will be the happiest thing in my life ....

My Ex - Students (Koe Yeet & Koe Shern)

Upon request by a student, I think I need to write about my students since I've been giving private tuition for about 14 years (1.5 decade, ho ho not bad)
Who are they? Where are they now? What professions are they now? How about their behaviors or attitudes?
hahahaa I don't think I can describe so much & so detail about them, cos human is always like "want face" haha if I described anything bad about them, they will come look for me & chop me into 18 pieces (as always say in hong kong gangster movie) hehehe

Let's start with Koe siblings

They are Koe Yeet & Koe Shern (koe yueh, I talk about you when you grad later ya hehe)
Common characters: smart (ada genetic & inherited from daddy mommy), talented (I don't know what they don't know so far), polite (at least to the old ones, but they will "kill" me cos I'm not acting like a teacher all the time when giving tuition haha) & these two are just too busy (film la, advertisement la, competition la .... but they are enjoying all the time)
How about common bads? erm .... talkative hahahha maybe they already have the genetic inside their blood & that's why they could be an actor/actress .... talk talk talk until I say "ok ok, continue your work pls ..."
Anyway, giving tuition to them is fun & enjoy, at least Mrs Koe will prepare passion fruit juice (some said tadpole juice) for us to clear our throats .... Thanks Mrs Koe

Oh ya, if you are looking for any young & good actor/actress, you can try contact these two, they are good enough & I guarantee with my head ... especially koe yeet, no doubt, but koe shern suits comedy more, cos he can't drop tears easily (man's instinct) hahaa

So, they are now studying in college, & teacher "kee chong" wish them have a bright future (as I know, you both will) & sun sun li li get whatever you dream of (keep working hard)

First Anniversary - 2011

Blogging after a long sick .... not a long vacation

hi guys, I've been rested for few days cos I was having a heavy flu which almost "killed" me ..... sound serious right? but what to do, my job has to face a lot of people where I have to give tuition in a closed room, I can't even escape if I found that the student is having flu, ho ho ho then I have to tell my antibody "I get flu or not, depend on you la" ... anyway, tis time was quite "lucky", at least no fever & bad cough, otherwise my family members will be infected (in fact, my boy boy & girl girl already infected by me, sorry le)

tis is the new deco that I bought for my working desk from Living Cabin ... been looking for this for a long time, looks peaceful & tis is what attracts me ... when working & thinking in peace, then only can open my mind & make me think further & better, do you agree?

that's all right now, I think I have something more to write for the coming blog about my boy ... a naughty boy but luckily he still listen to both mommy & daddy ahahhaa

Breast Feeding (role of a husband)

What can a husband do in the task of breast feeding? It's just as simple as 1, 2, 3 .....

Due to our cultural, I have to take this photo in a specific angle, but I think most of us also understand what is happening in the picture right?

At the point of view as a husband, breast feeding is quite a tough job for mommy, cos mommy has to strengten her mental & physical, simple reason, mommy has to tell herself always "no matter what, I have to feed baby with breast milk even in midnight time, otherwise baby might not suck anymore & switch to milk powder which is not the best for baby" ... see, this has to be repeated in mommy's mind & even though she is very very very tired in the midnight, she still has to wake up & make herself breast feed the baby ... then how about physical? mommy has to sleep less during breast feeding cos baby girl will ask for milk quite frequent as breast milk is easier for digestion & baby will get hungry faster logically .......

As a daddy, I always ask myself, can I do this? erm .... maybe not, cos sometimes I don't even hear baby cries when I was sleeping in the midnight, maybe I'm just too tired on my job & makes me fall sleep deeply at night, but I am quite impress cos mommy could stand by 24 hours when baby wants milk ...

So what can a husband do when he is not responsible in breast feeding? Simple .... do whatever your wife ask you to do other than breast feeding (simple right? hahaa), anyway there are few things that can be done by a husband of cos

1. prepare the nutricious food for your wife (eg: soya bean, milk maid tea, fruit juice, anything that helps prevent constipation & produce more milk)

2. moral support, husband has to pump in all the positive elements into mommy's brain & get rid all the negative thinkings ... keep supporting & try not asking mommy to give up in breast feeding cos it makes everything go simple but actually it is a super wrong decision for both mommy & baby

3. prepare cream for nipple crack caused by breast feed, it hurts when baby sucks & mommy might give up in this situation, so the cream could prevent any worse senario to the nipple, later on mommy will feel more comfortable when giving breast feed, so the cream is quite important in this task (recommend: MooGoo Udder Cream, can get it from any pharmacy)

4. prepare a nursing pillow, this aids breast feed a lot, it helps mommy to spend the least energy in holding baby when breast feed, it is simple to use, but there are few type & what I recommend is something like this

Try not getting the one without the knuckle, cos it could not support much & just waste your money if you bought it, trust me

Tze Qing's FullMoon

As arranged, we were going to celebrate tze qing's fullmoon tonight at home .... due to the experience we had for tze qian's fullmoon, we dare not to call for catering anymore else I'm now suppposingly waiting for guests & going to clean everything including the area outside the house around 2 am (sweeping in the late night is quite scary one hahha)

I think you guys might ask "why the picture" so blur one? haha cos ... photo shooting skill not good lo, anyone can be my sifu & teach me how to shoot better? so, what is this actually? tis is a gift that we gave to our relatives as an appreciation for those who concern tze qing since she has born, it's a tradition for chinese, a very good tradition that we should maintain rather than e-card (the e-card might put in the junk box & delete without any notification, sad right?), oh ya you can find this shop at puchong jaya, just opposite neway karaoke only, very easy to find one la



Once woke up in the morning, we were ready to go to grand's house to meet grandpas & grandmas (something like chinese new year), tze qing has to visit "nenek moyang" from both families & thank them cos all the while taking good care of her (confucious - always remember our nenek moyang) & tze qing can grow up healthy

7.30 pm, celebration started, all guests were coming one by one & dinner started, while having the celebration, tze qing's gor gor (tze qian) is the only one who attended the guests, then what was doing by tze qing? sleeping lo .... all the while she was sleeping until the guests went back home (another naughty girl, aih ...), look at what mommy has done to tze qing while she was sleeping, dressed her up with all the ang pow & gifts from the guests, looks like a rich baby? hahaha

where's tze qian? he was attending these two uncles all the while ... erm it could be another way round, meaning that these two uncles are attending the small boy hahaha look at the picture, it tells everything

Let's end this post by introducing these two guest ... the guy is tze qing's "jiu jiu" (mommy's brother) & the girl is jiu jiu's gf (should be jiu mu soon la haha), they are professional interior designers, perhaps both tze qian & tze qing can learn something from them in designing when they grow up ...

Before I end this post, daddy & mommy & gor gor wish mei mei grow up healthy & happy always ... tze qing, we love you ...........................

A short play at gymboree (Tropicana City Mall)

Gymboree ... a place for kids to explore & develop their brains by playing some game tools that are specially designed here

It's very easy to spend an hour while each of us has different tasks ... daddy takes photos, mommy takes videos & boy boy plays as much as he can, haha whatever boy boy does & wherever he goes, we all have to follow him to have some good snaps, then how about the safety? no worries at all, cos this place has been designed with all rubber mats & mattresses that will protect the kids from falling down ... parents & kids can just enjoy every second here peacefully

At gymboree, this centre believes that the kids can cetegorise into few levels according to their ages, we have no time to go through what is written on the wall cos we were paying attention for snaps, anyhow believe or not .... erm see how you have been approached to this hehehe

Anyway, paying attention daily on your kid's behavior is the best way, at least you could know what your kid does everyday & what is stored in his mind, for example:

Boy boy knows to play with jumping rope just because he saw this before in the video clip as we always play for him in youtube

Similar right? Once we saw the jump rope, we already know boy boy will come to join us cos he already knew what is that & how is it play, kids' brain are just like unpredictable how strong it is, until you discover it

Just wonder why basketball is one of the games, we just simply show boy boy how to put the ball into the ring, then he starts "imitate" what you have shown & played until he felt boring .... hahah mayb we should show him how to shoot but not how to put

hahahahah .... that's why ppl always say "ibu borek, anak rintik", look at the picture then you all will know why kids always have "behavior inheritance" from parents cos the kids just copy what parents tell & show them .... can hear these two fellows laughing thr? hahahaha

conclusion at gymboree: we don't know how it helps kids to develop their brain, but maybe it is a good place for parents & kids to spend their time, it's not easy to find a shaded & spacious space for us to play together nowadays, some more we no worry about the safety here, so ..... it's recommended if your kids have nothing to do & looking for a place to spend time

entrance fee: RM 20 per hour (one hour already more than enough for you to spend thr)

Tze Qian's favourites

Sometimes I wonder whether kids are having the same favourites or not
What I can know is that ... if Tze Qian loves something, he will keep smiling at you, dancing & showing 1 finger (it means good as told by my friend)

Playing water is one of his favourites all the time, once you let him see the swimming pool or anything that can contain water in large amount, he will urge you to let him go into the pool to play, automatically once you say "go bong bong loooo", he will come to you & let you put off everything ... make him naked hahahah

See, how naughty he is when he already got into the water, he will do a lot of funny faces to tell you that he already got what he demanded & he stops crying & friend friend with you again .... too realistic right? haha
oh ya, the water pipe? you are right, he is playing in the cold water, what I think it's time for him to be trained in cold water, so he could adopt to any environment a.s.a.p & strengthen his antibody ... kids nowadays quite "fragile" as what I think, therefore we do manythings to strengthen his antibody so he could protect his own away from any virus & bacterias perhaps ...

This video shows how the muscles move when he is moving ..... he doesn't feel pain even when he sits down with direct impact (reason: his buttock already installed a strong shock absorber), so since he started walking, we no need to worry if hell fell down with his butt, cos he will laugh some more, but of cos not fall down with head, that one will make him cry until the house collapse

Tze Qian's friend, Jayden

Let's introduce tze qian's friend, Jayden (ai ling's sweet heart)

This is the second time jayden came visit tze qian (cos ai ling & bee yong aunty bought some presents for both tze qian & tze qing), what can be done by these 2 kids when meeting each other? hahaha tze qian took out all the toys to share with jayden (erm ... a bit argue when they don't want to share the same toy haha)

Anyway, tze qian has to say sorry to jayden cos he accidently used to much of energy & pushed jayden, caused him fell down & knock his head, perhaps jayden doesn't mind cos tze qian still can't control his power so far, "jayden, you will still come visit me ho?" - by tze qian

Perhaps these two boys will be very good friend in the future, study together, play together, punish ppl together when saw a bully, work together .... wish these 2 boys good health always & happy always

Confinement

Mommy's confinement month is going to be ended tomorrow, 21/5/2011, mommy seems like taken well rest because she can now moving here & there (even faster than me haha)
During the confinement month, mommy has done few things to make sure she is taking well care, for example:
Malay traditional massage - where a malay lady will come to our house, the massage will be done in closed room, malays believe that traditional massage could help in uterus contraction, therefore mommy could recover faster & well (even our gynae doesn't believe this, in the other words, mommy's health condition is good enough for her to get recover so fast, cos mommy already can walk here & there few days after delivery), but there is one thing that I impressed the most, once the massage has been done, the breast milk will keep flowing unstoppable cos once the blood circulation flows well, the breast milk will be easier to flow out
Drinking water - no plain water in the confinement month (chinese believe that plain water is "wind" or cold, hehe I also can't understand this), therefore we got to cook "red dates water" everyday to replace the drinking water, luckily the red dates water not so sweet, otherwise I might disagree such tradition cos too sweet not good for health ma, it's well known
Dish - no cooking oil could be used in the cooking, therefore "sesame oil" is the best to replace it, reason?? I don't know also, from what I know is sesame oil could remove the "wind" in the body .... aih, all these I never learn in science, I don't even teach my students about this, so I really don't know how to explain all these so called traditions hehe
Dessert - organic soya bean, banana milk shake & papaya milk shake, all these substances believe to help mommy to produce more breast milk & prevent constipation, constipation is a common problem for mommy who just deliver, so daddy should prepare those drinks which easier for absorption to mommy everyday (at least once every 3 days lo)
Entertainment - the only entertainment at home is .... dang dang dang dang, one man show by our boy boy, cos he will dance or do something funny, then mommy will keep laughing & forget all the tireness she has ... happy is the best way to mommy in mental recovery, it helps to prevent any "mental sickness" after deliver, family plays a very important role in recovering mommy's mental, as a daddy, try to make sure mommy doesn't have any headache or too tired during the confinement, be aware
erm ... what else I miss? will update again if I found anything missing here, enjoy being daddy & mommy!

Our gynae named Dr Loo .... erm a gentleman, with slow & steady movements (my wife said he has patience instead of slow wo), he can explain to you everything you ask, no tension when meeting this doctor, he is experience enough from our view

Let's move to another specialist ...
Child Specialist - Dr Chan
The clinic is just located same row with Dr Loo, just few doors walking distance
For easier determination, just recall your memory when is the pervious IOI property sales office & NESH (water treatment company), all these are just located same row, aiya meaning they are very easy to seek only

How do I feel about these doctors?
They are young (but of cos older & experience than me lo), they will give you the right information that we might misunderstood so far, for example: fever not really will burn the brain, if it is  not virus infection to the brain, fever is just a process where your body is "training" its antibody against the virus in the body, thus the antibody will be stronger in the future, it's a must process so don't worry too much when a kid is having fever if it is not virus infection to the brain

So far we don't have their potraits, maybe one day I should bring along my camera & take some photos with them heheheh
perhaps they won't complain us "ka ka cau cau" hahahaha

My Princess ... Tze Qing

While everyone is sleeping in this late night (early morning), let me introduce my princess

Tze Qing is the second child in our family, she borns on 23rd of April & she is going to "fullmoon" this sunday, so everyone will come to have a simple celebration while see see how's girl girl has grown
A small secret to tell everyone, there are three "cows" in our family .... mommy & girl girl are taurus, while boy boy is a "cow" too, therefore all these cows having the same tempers .... what temper?? NO PATIENCE lo, tak boleh tunggu, once want this, means want it now, no matter it could be done or not, scary right? hahahaha by the way, these cows still making a lot of fun at home, cos they have the same attitude "easy come, easy go" hehe

Can determine that this photo actually showing that our girl girl just born? hehehe she was not sending for shower yet, but the nurse allowed to take as many photos as we can in the labour room ... talking about the labour room, as a daddy (mommy already forgotten what happened that day, cos too pain), just wondering why everytime when you see the baby is coming out from the birth canal, the tears will drop automatically (mommy didn't see of cos, hehe), the feelings just so complicated, happy cos both mommy & girl girl are having good condition, tears come out cos the heart feel pain when looking at mommy, she is pain but I can't do anything except giving support (for new daddy, this is very important as it helps a lot when your wife is ready to give birth) .... erm, there are many more things to share int he labour room, but will describe more upon request le, else I can't stop describing here hahaha, oh ya girl girl is 2.95 kg when she is born, compare to her gor gor, 3.34 kg, oh ... she is feather weight for us hahahha

For new daddy & mommy who still looking for medical centre to give birth, I think we would highly recommend you Sunway Medical Centre .... natural birth costs you below RM 4k (both boy boy & girl girl also natural birth), which we think the charges are reasonable in a "less tension" environment, hygiene, friendly nurses and so on, and if you would like to have a single room, make sure you register before 7am, else all the single rooms will be fully taken (all daddy also want to sayang mommy because mommy so pain in delivering ma), if you "forced" to take the double bedded room, erm .... mommy will feel restless because the other lady who is sharing room with mommy, both of them will keep interrupting each other, cos the nurse needs to measure their blood pressure, this & that during the night after delivery

That's all for this late night, I think I need to find some photos, to compare whether both boy boy & girl girl actually look similiar or not (some said all children are the same when they are born) ... good night everyone!

My Prince ... Tze Qian

Let's introduce to you, my prince - Tze Qian, erm ... how to pronounce is a common problem for non chinese educated sometimes, in mandarin is 子谦, which means this naughty boy got to be humble as we wish, so far he doesn't have any english name because his mommy said let him choose by himself when he is grown up later wo, but his name tag in school will be T.Q. Ngu la, hahaha mayb he will come to ask us "daddy mommy, why people like to use my name when they end their sms, they sure put T.Q. one?" ... how to answer? don't care 1st le, this naughty boy can do anything to make you laugh one, everything goes natural le

This boy boy borns one year ngam ngam after our wedding (no need to show the picturee on the wedding day to prove gua, show upon request lo haha), he borns at 3.34 kg, he is now 18 months, but the main point is - he is now 15 kg (measured 2 months ago) hahaha .... most ppl said it's genetic, cos my grand family until my generation, all besar besar belaka one, don't ask me why, mayb the main reason is the culture gua, we come from Sitiawan (mostly hok chiew), hok chiew ppl normally serve their dishes in big portion, maybe this makes everyone looks like "The Rock" in Sitiawan (I'm innocent one) hehe

Oh ya ... back to the point about this boy boy
He is a good entertainer, he can perform or act something funny in front of many ppl without shame, a simple music can make him dance, & the moves he shows always can make us laugh until rolling on the floor

In the video, he can feel the beat when the drums hit, that's why he will hit the tv rack, then once jacky cheung starts singing, he will start "dandut" his butt, hands & other parts of his body to tell us he is dancing .... unbelievable, a 18 month kid can dance like this, because from what my parents told us, "you all "ngong ngong" (in hok kien mean stupid) when you were small, where got dance when music plays one", hahaha it hurts right? because they said "you are ngong ngong", but anyway we still feel very happy because at least our boy boy is not ngong ngong, he is just too smart & makes us feel like we got to be smarter sometimes haha

What? Looks like gangster? hahaha just because his hair is short only & the way he walks, anyway the apperance like this is good also, the students nowadays behave so bad in school right, "now one slap, later one slice", "one drop of tear, one slap", all these statements are famous in newspapres nowadays, therefore we got to train our boy boy looks fierce, but heart likes a buddha, so he can protect himself & also protect the weaker one (erm, watched too much marveral heroes already) ...

I hate writting essay but I love blogging? ridiculous right? haha

This is the first time I start blogging since the past 32 years (I'm now 32 ma, hehe), I hate writting essay when I was studying in school, look at the attached picture then you might understand how bad I compose an essay (but of cos la, the picture one is not mine, else I can't graduate from university lo), then what motivates me to start blogging? After thinking & thinking, erm ... I think I found the answer, I start blogging just because I love my family, my biz & my job so much, & this makes me feels like want to record down all the things happen around me, so I could recall, revise & remember what had been going on in my life in the past (cos I'm a quite forgetful person, hehe) ......
